    About Lindsay

Professionally, I help buyers and sellers in the Oakville, Burlington, and surrounding communities realize their home ownership goals. My philosophy is simple: educate clients on the current, local real estate market.  It is through the education process that my clients become empowered to make informed real estate decisions that will suit them well for years to come.

I have always maintained that excellence is in the details.  Clients who work with me know that calls are always returned promptly, analysis is thorough, processes are explained in full and a commitment to service is maintained throughout the sale and beyond.  There is a difference between buying a home and getting a great home for a great price; selling a home and selling a home for the best terms and conditions; recognizing a return on investment and maximizing a return on investment.  I am committed to working with all my clients to realize the full potential of their real estate goals.

I am an award winning realtor with membership association to the Oakville-Milton, Toronto (includes Mississauga) and Hamilton-Burlington Real Estate Boards.  This gives my sellers properties broader exposure to agents outside the local board and provides my buyers with the fastest, most complete information available.  Whether your preference is Oakville, Burlington, Milton, Mississauga or Waterdown you will always get the exposure you deserve when working with me.

Finding a realtor isn't of course just about finding a competent professional.  It is also about finding someone that you enjoy working with.  Here are a few non work-related details about me...

    • Grew up in Southeast Oakville and then moved away as an adult to Hamilton and Toronto.  First-hand knowledge of what it is like to grow up in Oakville and live and work in surrounding areas.
    • Honours Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University DeGroote School of Business.  Also alumni of Oakville Trafalgar High School (OT), E.J. James and Chisholm Schools.
    • Ex-project manager for two major packaged goods companies.  Even though out of the business for quite a while, will still talk your ear off about the highlights and challenges of the food industry.  Defies anyone to challenge my soup, frozen food, olive oil, toaster pastry or girl guide cookie knowledge.
    • Third generation cottager.  In the summer you can find me up at my beautiful family property in Muskoka, my idea of paradise.
    • Married to quite possibly the nicest man in the world.  Lucky beyond measure with fabulous friends and family to boot.
    • Master commuter.  Can be counted on to find the best route out there...an art form that has taken years to perfect after clocking countless kilometres commuting to and from Kitchener, Mississauga, Hamilton and Toronto
    • Has officially been to 7% of the world with intentions to visit at least 7% more as time allows. Has been known to book flights to far away locales at a moment’s notice.
    • Entertaining aficionado.  While no one throws a dinner party like my mother, I try at every turn to match her.
    • Love to kick back with a good book and glass of wine although not particularly picky about either.  What’s not to love about wine and books?
    • Friends would sum me up in 5 words as spirited, motivated, analytical, warm and intelligent
